How do I put in Time Card Hours and have Excel figure the hours W.

I want to keep track of my hours worked in Excel off of my time card so it
matches what my employer has. Can Excel figure the hours from time card
format? Ex: 10:29am to 19:08pm
 
Yes. Subtract and multiply by 24 to convert to hours, =(B1-A1)*24
