how do i put business header/footer on emails eg business etc

I am trying to find out how to set up my business emails with my business
logo header and business details footer to be used on all emails I send out
to my clients,supliers etc. I dont seem to be able to find any help on this
anywhere so your help would be greatly apreciated. I have it all set up as a
signature on my yahoo webmail but i have just decided to access that mail in
outlook and need the same set up.
Also because it has been such a long time since I have used this I have now
forgotten how to save emails on server as well as get them in my inbox in
outlook can someone also please remind me on this as well.
