How do I put a video clip into FP2003?

I have a basic little site in FP2003 and I have a couple of video clips in
WMA format that I want to put on a page, but I want them to play from that
page, not go to a new screen with windows media player. Or maybe click on an
image to the left and have the video play in an area on the right. I've
encoded them as 256k download and I think this may be my problem. I think I
can switch to streaming if it helps.

Thanks

You might try converting to the macromedia flash format, then using this
dialog: Insert-Picture-Movie in Flash Format

You can set the video to auto start, loop etc

Hope this helps

well... I don't have a way to convert it to flash at the moment... my system
only outputs in either WMA or QT. I hope to upgrade soon... but for now
those are the two formats I am stuck with.
