how do I publish only NEW or CHANGED pages to the web?

I built a website using FP 2002 for my small business. It's great, but takes
SEVERAL minutes to publish to the web. I make only minor changes to a few
pages, but then need to re-publish them every day or two. So, is there a way
to only publish the NEW or CHANGED pages, and not the whole thing?

Thanks

When you publish your web, when the panel opens displaying both webs, click the options button and
then select either Changed pages or All pages , click OK and then click Publish.

select the file(s) you want, right click and select publish selected pages

Not the best way, since this will not update any changes in Navigation,
themes (if they are used), and it's too easy to miss a new graphic file.
