How do I publish an access worksheet with word without grid lines

I am trying to publish a worksheet that I have done in Access into Word. I
only want certain information and no grid lines. I know I have done this but
cannot seem to get anything to work.
 
About the certain information you want to publish, create a query that will
bring the right data.
And then you can export the query as text file, and you can open the text
file with word. (no lines)
 
Thank you very much. I knew I had done it before, but just couldn't remember
what I had done.
