How do I protect a Work sheet so a user can only alter certain cel

Hi I have created a workksheet that is to be used as a form when I eventually
save it as a template. There is only certains cells which I would like them
to be able to change.

How do I go about this

Joel,

First you select all cells that you want to allow changes.
Format|Cells|Protection, set the Locked option to false.

Then Tools|Protection>Protect Sheet
