How do I print only selected pages of an e-mail in Outlook 2007?

With the old Outlook you could select the pages you wanted to print. How do
you do this with the latest version of Outlook?

I am killing way to many trees at the moment!

With the message open, click the Other Actions button on the ribbon and
choose View in Browser. Once the message opens as a web page, you can use
Internet Explorer's printing options which are much more flexible.
