Why can't I print e.g. the first page only of an e-mail?

In my previous version of Outlook I could select HTML formatting and when
printing, if I only wanted to print a particular page, I could select exactly
what to print. With Outlook 2007 I only get the option to print all, even or
odd pages - even with HTML formatting (before this was only the case with
Plain text). I'm probably missing something obvious, but don't know what.
