How do I print in booklet format in Word 2003?

I recently installed Office 2003 and I have a Word document that I had set up
in booklet format in Office Word 2000 but now I can't get it to print
correctly on 11 x 17 paper. All I did in Word 2000 was select booklet format
under "Features" and it set it up for me. How is this done in Word 2003?

If you did this in Word 2000, either you had an add-in such as ClickBook or
you were using a booklet imposition feature in your printer driver since the
"Book fold" feature in Word was introduced in Word 2002.
