How do I print from Outlook without header?

I'm wanting to simply print without having the additional infromation added
at the start - IE to print a document without the extra
"To: blah blah
From: mr x" etc.

How do I go about this??? Please e-mail responce to (e-mail address removed)
 
Outlook version? Are you using Word as your email editor?
