How do I print comments on the same page as a slide in PowerPoint

When I print the slides of my presentation I'd like the slide to be at the
top of the page and the comments below it on the same page. Thank you.

Are you talking about the notes? If so, choose Print from the File menu.
Under Print What, choose Notes Pages.

Thanks for trying to answer my question, but the critical portion of my
question is to have the notes/comments print ON THE SAME PAGE AS THE SLIDE.

Perhaps your computer is different from mine, but when I choose to print
Notes Pages, I get a slide taking up about half the page, and ON THE SAME
PAGE AS THE SLIDE, I get the notes.

If you need other options, you might want to try Send To Word or you
might try Shyam's hanout Wizard:

Thank you David. I'll take a look at the handout Wizard. Yes, when I print
the notes pages, my slide prints on one page and the notes print on the
following page.
