How do I print an email without all the address

I want to be able to print a message without all the address which can be a
couple of pages at times. If you know what I need to do please advise, tired
of wasting paper with a pages of address. Just want to be able to print the
meat, text of email. I know I can cut and paste just looking for an easier
way. Thanks
 
Highlight the text required and print selection? Easier than cut and paste,
but still a workaround only.
