How do I print A4 to A5 paper size?

I have not been able to successfuly scale print from A4 page size to A5
paper. The only option similar is Envelope C5 which does not print correctly.
Also, when I change the page size manually to A5 size, the text remains the
same size thus creating more pages and ruining the look of the document.

I am using Windows XP Professional Version 2002.

I can only assume that you are using Word. Open the
document that you wish to print A4 or A5. Choose Page Setup
from the File drop down menu. In the dialog box that opens,
click on the paper tab. Click on the small arrow at the
right of the paper size = letter and choose the size that
you want. A4 or A5. That document will then format and
print to the paper that you have chosen.
