how do i print a word document with file name on each page

I want to print file information on each page of the actual document when
printing word documents. I want to include at least the file name/location
and possibly the date that created/modified.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional
 
These AutoText Fields are normally inserted in the Footer section of the
Word doc. You can use the Header and Footer Toolbar to insert these
AutoText.

Check Word Help on (page) Header nd Footer.

BTW, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database application. If you
need more help with this, suggest you post to one of the Word newsgroups.
