Printing Embedded Documents

I've embedded a word document in an OLE field in a table. When it is
displayed on a form, and the control is double clicked, the full word
document appears. The problem I have is that just the first page prints, and
it uses 2 pages when it does.

I have about 5 Word or Word Pad documents that I'd like to include in the
database so users can print them - - but I can't get them to work. Is this
possible? Any help would be appreciated

Instead of embedding the documents, why not link to them. It is more
efficient. A sample database that shows how is at:

Arvin:

Most of my clients are schools and parents. They have a hard enough time
loading the runtime version of Access without have to load a separate
document to a special place on their system so that it can be linked. That's
why I wanted to embed it in the first place - - but I have been unable to
figure out how to do that so it prints properly.

Any help you or anyone else can provide would be appreciated

Have a look at the DocMgr. All they need to do is point to the folder that
the doc files are in. The app will then automatically create a table, and
set up a form to pull the document back and open it in the default program.
You can even import everything into your own app.
