How do I print a section of my form to new page if it exceeds the.

I designed a form and there is a section that is unbound where you only have
so much room to type information (fields do not autosize of course). If the
user types in more information than the printable area allows, how do I make
this section be printed on another page so all the information can be seen
when printed?
 
Your first mistake is printing a form. Forms are not for printing. That is
what Reports are for.
