How do I print a picture to be stretched over a few pages

I have a picture/poster on a word document and I am trying to stretch the
print over 4 or 6 pages in order to have it big enough (to hang on a wall).

I know there is an option, probably on print menu advanced, but can not seem
to get it.

Please help.

Word itself does not support tiling an image over several sheets of paper.
You can do this in Excel or Publisher, or your printer driver may offer this
option (printer Properties).
