How do I print a page of labels with my own text in, Avery J8162?

I used to use Word Wizard to print a page of my own address labels using
Avery J8162, but in Word 3000 can't find a way. Help!

I'm not sure what you are asking exactly, there's about 993 years before
Word 3000 is released. Perhaps you are referring to Word 2007? If so, then
you'll find the Labels option on the Mailings tab.

If that's not it then perhaps you are referring to the Avery Label Wizard?

with the same address - your own!
