how do I print a list of worksheet names from a single workbook

I would like to print out a list of the worksheets that I have in a given
workbook for reconciling purposes. If possoble if someone has the answer and
can present it in laymans term

You should ask this question in a newsgroup which supports Excel, such
as microsoft.public.excel.general. This newsgroup is for a different
program, Microsoft Access.
