How do I print a fill-in form and hide the grey?

I am trying to print a "fill-in" form; however, whenever I print the grey
boxes print as well. I do not want the grey in the fill-in boxes to print!
 
Unlock your form and click on the Form Field Shading icon on the forms
toolbar so that you won't see the gray shading.
 
Activate the Forms toolbar and click the next to last button on the toolbar,
a button with a lowercase letter "a" with background shading, to turn Field
Shading off.
