How do I post a picture into a cell and have it stay there?

I am trying to put a picture into a cell. I want the picture to be the same
size as the cell and be treated as content just like anything else.

Any ideas?
 
Cells cannot contain objects.

What is your final goal?

There may be other methods than can used.
