how do I populate activites in the contact sub folder tab

I am trying ot use Outlook to store and track related activities for my
contacts and see that there is an activities tab in the Contact card tab
list. How do I get informaiton stored in this tab?

No information is stored in that tab. The Activities tab performs a search of the folders designated in any particular activities group for items that match the current contact's email addresses or that contain an explicit link to the current contact. TO make such a link, put the contact name in the Contacts field on the item you want to link.
