How do I play a music file in PP-Kiosk independant of show animati

Anyone know how I get PowerPoint to play a music file as background to a
kiosk presentation? I want to incude a song file, but not use the "Play CD
track" feature.

I can add the sound file to the slide, but that holds up the rest of the
transitions/presentation.

I want it to play the music as background track and allow the slide
presentation to continue.
