how do I place text over a video that is playing in powerpoint 200

I want to use a .wmv file as a full screen background while going through the
text on screen, but once the movie plays the text disappears. Is there a way
to keep the text at the forefront while the movie plays behind it?
 
Movies always play on top. The only work around would be to edit the video and
add the text to it - - not always feasible.
