Get your Shift key and ? key fixed, then click Tools | Data Analysis.
(There's a TTEST function, but it's for a one-population Student's t
and you seem to have vtwo populations.)
If Data Analysis doesn't appear in the menu, then install the
Analysis Toolpak. You may need to install Analysis Toolpak VBA as
well; I'm not certain, but it can't hurt.
You are mistaken about TTEST being limited. The three arguments for the
final argument (type) of the TTEST worksheet function choses among the three
types of t-tests that can also be done by the Analysis ToolPak. Both
approaches are documented in Help.
