How do I paste text to several different locations word?

Hi I am trying to create some forms they are all identical apart from the
peoples name which stay the same. I have created the form and it is 20 pages
of the same form but what I need is to be able to type text into certain
places and it come up on the other 19 pages so that I do not have to go
through them all.
