How do I paste notes into the daily calendar to print?

On busy days I would like to print my daily calendar, including tasks and
notes for the day. How do I paste notes I have made into the daily calendar
to print? Thanks for any suggestions!

I think the problem is that the notes area in the calendar print out is for
handwritten notes not computer generated ones

do they print if you use a view with the taskpad displayed? (if it doesn't
show in print preview when enabled, it's an option in Page Setup)

Diane, No. There just doesn't even seem to be a way to insert notes in a note
section in the calendar when it is open and in use. There is a notes section
that does show up in print preview, along with the task list, but it is
blank. I did discover, however, that you can add the note icon to the taskbar
while in calendar and make new notes as you are using a calendar that can be
printed separately later, but I was hoping I could add notes to a daily
calendar and print them out to take with me on one sheet of paper on a busy
day.
