HOW DO I OVERRIDE THE "COPYRIGHT" SYMBOL TO INSERT (C)?

When I attempt to enter text as (c) it automatically replaces it with a small
"c" inside a circle. How do i disable it from doing this?
 
This is a spelling correction setting:

Tools > Options > Spelling > AutoCorrect > Autocorrect and remove the
correction
