You are posting from a forum and not from a newsgroup. The newsgroup is an
entity in and of itself and the forum you're using is leeching posts.

Access MS Newsgroups:

With your firewall's exceptions add the application and then ports 20 and 21
for FTP access.

If u use the stnadard Windows Firewall or Windows defender just check their
settings and you would see exceptions.. Just put port 21 in exceptional
ports.. That will solve
