How do I open an "NST" file from outlook 2007?

I have an NST file from an old lotus notes connector account. Is there a way
to open the nst file or convert it to a pst? I am currently using Outlook
2007

Outlook cannot open NST files. Perhaps Lotus has a tool to convert it to
something Outlook can import.
 
Outlook Use of .NST Files

Have several .nst files from previous use of Lotus Notes. Any advice on coverting them to something I can read with Outlook?
