How do I open an imported .pst file with outlook?

Have moved to a new computer and I have created a pst file to move my emails
with. I don't know how to open them on the new computer

The .pst file must be transferred onto your new computer's hard drive and
the "read only" attribute must be disabled, if your transfer has enabled it.
Once the .pst file is on your hard drive just use Outlook's File > Open >
Outlook Data File to open your .pst file.
