How do I open an eml file with Outlook

I need to open eml files currently being saved from Outlook Express with
Microsof Outlook by just double clicking on them. I do not want to have to
import these e-mail every time I get one. If any one can point me to the
procedure to allow Outlook to open eml files or an add-on that can do this I
would be appreciatitve.

outlook can't open eml files. You need to import them or access the mailbox
using outlook. You can also use notepad to read the messages if you don't
want to use outlook Express.
