how do i open a 2nd window in word where i want it

When i open a 2nsd window (file) in word 2007 it opens in 1 place only. How
do i move it to open where i want it.

Point at the title bar and drag.

I can do that no problem but after closing and again opening a 2nd file it
opens on the left of the screen and i have to move it again etc etc
