How do I only show my name when I send e-mail?

I use outlook 2003 with an exchange server.

When I send Mail to someone they will see:

From: ricky beare [[email protected]]

How do I edit so they only see my name and NOT the email address?

CAN-SPAM law prevents you from hiding your e-mail address. Besides, since
you are using an Exchange server, you are probably sending e-mails from a
company and they don't want you lying about who you are, either. In fact,
if probably doesn't matter what you put in the From header inserted by
Outlook as the Exchange server will insert the sender info for the mailbox
from which the e-mail was sent (i.e., your company will force you to
identify yourself when using their Exchange server).

Not sure if this works with exchange, but if you have yourself as a contact
in Outlook, you could change your DisplayName: Open your contact item, then
double click on your email address.
