HOW DO I NOT PRINT SPECIFIC CELLS IN EXCELL

I have replicated a form in excell and do not want to print the heading
cells. they are in various cell addresses throughout the form. is there a
way to not print selected cells?
 
Hide the rows and columns?

If this is not possible due to "various" randomly placed heading cells, you
could color the text same color as the cell background.
