How do I name a column?

Brian

Is there a way to put a name in a column instead of
letters?

I'm doing a form at work and I know about freeze panes and
printing, but instead of having the A,B,C,D column letters
printing on the form, I'd rather it print YEAR ACC#
ETC...

No. You can put a heading in row 1, but that's about it.

1) File, Page Setup, Sheet: UNcheck "row and column headings".

2) In that same tab, click the little question mark at the top right corner,
which will turn your mouse cursor into an arrow with a question mark next to
it. Now, look to the left and click, in the grey area, "Rows to repeat at
top". You'll see little help box which will explain how to get titles from
your spreadsheet to print as headings. Pretty much analogous to freeze
panes, but for printing rather than viewing.
