How do I move MS Office 2003 data from one system to another?

I am installing Office 2003 onto a new system. How can I transfer my
contacts, calendar and emails to the new system?

With Outlook closed, copy the pst file onto the new computer. DO NOT
overwrite the existing file - place the copy somewhere else. Then open
Outlook and go to File-Open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where you put
it. You can then either drag and drop all your old items to the new file,
or, set the old file to be the default delivery location in which case you
need to do that in Control Panel-Mail-Data Files.
