how do i modify the contents of an email template?

What in particular are you trying to do? And with what version of Outlook?

I have Outlook 2003

After I have saved my email as template. I need to edit the body of that
email.

I found one way: I created a new template with the same name and override
it.

I am just wondering if there is a way to go in to the email template and
make any changes that I need then save it without create a new one.
