How do I minimize my note screen?

I am using the notes portion of Outlook 2003 - whenever I access an existing
note or create a new note it fills the whole screen instead of a little
sticky like it used to. I already went in to the tools options and changed
it to small and have tried medium but it will not set, I have also tried to
grab the bottom right corner and drag it up. No luck with anything. Any
ideas?

Double click on the Title Bar of the note to toggle Maximize and Normal
window size.
