Minimizing Notes

I mistakenly maximized a note. Now all the notes are maximized. I can't grab
an edge to reduce the size. I've gone to Tools/Preferences and selected Small
for Note Size but the Apply button remains grayed out and nothing changes.
How can I get back to small Notes?

For me (in Outlook 2003), I am able to right-click in the title-bar of the
note and choose "Restore". Try that
