Outlook Notes - Notes window moves down the screen after repeated.

We have Outlook 2000 users, who use Outlook Notes to take phone messages etc.
Problem is after repeated Notes, the little sticky note looking window keeps
opening up farther and farther down the screen,

Any thoughts on why this happens? How to prevent it?

It's how notes work unfortunately. You can create a notes template -
position the note where she likes it on the screen and use (note icon), save
as oft. you can either hyperlink it to a toolbar button so she can easily
click to open it or drop it in any mail folder (one called templates works
well) or put it on the shortcuts bar.

BTW - if she is emailing the notes, there are at least two While you were
outlook custom forms for outlook she could use to take messages and email
them to the appropriate person. One is here:
