How do I migrate signature when using word as editor?

How do I migrate an outlook signature when I'm using word as my editor and
that's were my outlook signature is created? From what I understand, the
information is stored in the normal.dot. Is there a way?

I forgot to mention that I am trying to migrate outlook signatures from
Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2007.
