How do I migrate outlook 2007 to a new pc?

We need to migrate a user's entire Outlook 2007 account from one PC to a
newer PC which also has Outlook 2007. We need to migrate all accounts,
folders, address book, settings and so on. How may we do this?

Thanks

I have the same problem.

I note that this was posted 3/6 and it is now 4/30. How do we get a response?

I know enough to copy the *.pst file from the old computer to the
corresponding folder on the new, but how do I migrate the riules, address
book, created folders, etc.?

Thank you, Russ.

These links seem to be for earlier versions of OL; do they apply equally to
OL 2007?

http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/backupandrestore.htm is the place to
start. Account data lives in the mail profile in the registry, so that's
tougher to migrate. Conceivably, though, you couls export the mail profile
keys and import same into the other PC, if it's the same Windows version.
You will have to reset account passwords, though.

There are also other settings that live in other files. See this for a
summary: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
