Fomine NetSend are easier than Net Send Command.
It is Freeware.

If you want to use command line net send, yes.
you need type command in Command prompt.

If you type net send /? in command prompt,
you can see help file of net send.

Are you talking about the Net Send command? Open a command prompt
window and type

net send /?

to get help on using it.

You may prefer to do this with a windowed application, rather
than using the command line. There are several freeware/shareware
choices which can do this. I use a little freeware program called
NetHail that works well for me. You can get it at
http://www.nethail.com/
