How do I merge a personal calender and the calender in outlook?

How do I merge a personal calender and the calender in outlook? My palm
lifedrive is only picking up part of the calender and contacts when syncing.

Open one calendar and copy the contents to the other calendar.

Unfortunately it won't let me copy from one calendar to the other. What do
you suggest that I try next? Any help you can give is appreciated.

I am unable to copy it, control c, or highlight it. The copy option on the
menu doesn't highlight and I am out of ideas on how to otherwise copy from
one to the other.

Are you saying that when you click on a calendar folder nothing happens?
