How Do I Make Win Explorer Open In a Specific Folder

as stated in the subject heading.... presently it always opens in the "My
Documents" folder.

Either create a new shortcut or right click the shortcut you
use to run Windows Explorer and select Properties from the
menu. On the Shortcut page, change the target to point to the
folder based on the info contained in this article:
