How do I make the quick launch be horizontal across the taskbar?

I want to make my quick launch be horizontal accross my taskbar... how
do I do this?

I can do this in Windows 2000... but can't figure out how to do it in
XP.

Dave is right, juat make sure you go to toolbar properties first and unlock
the toolbar
