How do I make the header unsubdued?

I am trying to write a resume but the header is subdued. How do I make it
look like the rest of my paper?
 
It might look "subdued" because the header area is grayed unless you're
editing it directly. It should display like other text in Print Preview
mode, and should print like other text when you actually print it.
