How do I make outlook the default vCard handler?

Hi,

I had installed Palm Desktop and inadvertantly made it the
default vCard handler and took that responsability away
from Outlook.

I'd now like to switch the responsibility back to Outlook.

What I've done:

1. saved a abc.VCF file to desktop
2. on the file I right clicked / properties and selected
Outlook.exe to be the program that opens all vcf files.
(It was Palm Desktop)
3.In the "Type of file:" field above "Opens with:" the
type of file is shown as a VCF File where as it should be
a vCard File.
4. The icon that is now associated with my abc.vcf file on
the desktop is a general Outlook icon. (it used to be Palm)
5. I want it to be a vCard File and not a VCF file type.

How do i create this exact file association.

When I click on the abc.vcf (File Type: VCF file) Outlook
opens a new email with an attachment whereas a File Type:
vCard File would open an outlook contact window.

This is a tricky one... anyone have an idea???

Here is the path statement I have:
"C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~3\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /v "%1"
