How do I make Outlook default the Country/Region of a Contact to .

Hi,

I have confirmed that the Regional Settings on my laptop is set to US as the
Input Locale. Even then when I create / import a contact into MS Outlook
(2000) it defaults the Country/Region of that Contact's Phone Number(s) to
India. Is there a way to prevent it from doing that?

Check the "Phone & Modem" options in the control panel, what is it set too?
